A PDO Thread Lift is a subtle lift to facial or knee features to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, while encouraging collagen production and gently tightening the skin. This treatment also helps improve skin overall texture and smooth scar tissue.

- Firms skin
- Minimal downtime
- Minimally invasive treatment
- Last up to two years
How does it work?
A PDO Thread Lift is a minimally invasive alternative treatment to a facelift for patients who are not ready to undergo surgery. PDO, also known as Polydioxanon, is the biogradedable polymer suture used to thread lift. A PDO Thread Lift is a 15 to 20 minute process in which needles are inserted into the area to be lifted. The threads are inserted through the needles to act as a cogs to grasp, lift and suspend the skin.
What can you expect?
We require you to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that a topical numbing ointment can be applied to the soon-to-be treated area. Your medical professional may also capture photographs of the soon-to-be treated area(s).
Once the treatment has started, your Registered Nurse will inject, massage, and evaluate the area being treated. If needed, additional threads may be used to make sure you are happy with the results and that they meet your expectations.
After the treatment, our Registered Nurse will show you the results and will ask if you are satisfied with the results. If you are satisfied with the results, we will give you an ice pack to reduce further swelling and relieve any discomfort.
