MICROINFUSION FAQ

How does Microinfusion work?

This treatment uses tiny 24 karat gold needles to penetrate hyaluronic acid, neurotoxins (such as Botox), or PRP (Platelet-rich Plasma). PRP consists of drawing the patient’s blood and deriving concentrated Platelet-rich Plasma. Twenty tinily-spaced gold needles place the PRP into the dermis of the skin, hitting the deepest layer to hydrate and restore the skin.

What can you expect with Microinfusion?

We require you to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so the topical numbing ointment can be applied to the soon-to-be treated area. Your medical professional may also capture photographs of the soon-to-be treated area(s).

Once the treatment has started, your Registered Nurse will evaluate the area being treated and start penetrating the skin with the 24k gold microchannel.

After the treatment, there is no downtime but there may be a little redness for about 1 to 2 days. Treatments are recommended once a month.
