CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT:
Please contact dr LASER via telephone or email at reschedule@drlaserla.com AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees*.
*Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of $50.00 being charged to the credit card on file.*
**If this is an injection appointment (Filler, Neurotoxin, Kybella, PRP/PRF, etc.) the fee is $100.00.**
A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment and the fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
NO REFUNDS:
We will gladly exchange treatments if your purchased treatment is not the right treatment for you.
*Botox and fillers cannot be traded and will not be refunded after injection.*
DISCOUNTS:
Discounts and promotions are valid only when a full package is purchased.
If the entire package is not redeemed, the treatments used are deducted from the entire package at regular, menu pricing as the discounted rate for each session applies only as part of a package.
